Our main focus in your first year is on developing your expertise and integrating you into our law firm. From the start you will have direct contact with clients – because there is no other way to learn. We provide you with an experienced partner as a mentor. Of course there are also other colleagues who will have open ears for your concerns. You will be given constant feedback about your work, and in your annual review discussion which takes place at least once a year, we will define your individual development prospects at SIBETH together with you. If we are convinced by your work - and we assume that we will be - you will soon have your own clients to support on your own, and in the next step you will then be introduced to the acquisition of clients.
