We want you to provide excellence in your work for SIBETH. So we give you enough free time, because you need it to recharge your batteries. We do record the hours that are worked for a client. But we do not have any "billable hours” requirements. By the way: holiday is designed to refresh you, so holiday is actually taken at SIBETH; you do not have to justify it.

We are just as flexible in agreeing individual part-time models. Here, we have an advantage compared with bigger law firms with rigid structures which are not able to offer a career path that is tailor-made for you in this way.
