Of course your work for SIBETH is not a nine-to-five job, and that is not what we are aiming for. You have deliberately chosen the career of a lawyer or tax consultant, so it is no secret when we tell you that our clients demand full concentration and availability, and that is what we offer them. But we also know that you as a member of staff are the decisive factor for our success, so we take care to ensure that your private life does not suffer. We want you to provide excellence in your work for SIBETH. So we give you enough free time, because you need it to recharge your batteries. We do record the hours that are worked for a client. But we do not have any "billable hours” requirements. By the way: holiday is designed to refresh you, so holiday is actually taken at SIBETH; you do not have to justify it.

We are just as flexible in agreeing individual part-time models. Here, we have an advantage compared with bigger law firms with rigid structures which are not able to offer a career path that is tailor-made for you in this way. It is not always easy to combine your family life with your ambitious career. We want to help you to overcome such problems as much as we can. Our aim is to provide our highly qualified employees with flexible individual leave or part-time models which will enable them to master this challenge.
