We are in a fertile dialogue with the University of Augsburg since years, which is, amongst other aspects, reflected in the “of counsel” status of Professor Dr. Thomas M.J. Möllers. SIBETH also benefits from a database for German and European Corporate and Commercial law, which is constantly updated by the University of Augsburg. In cooperation with SIBETH, the University of Augsburg has, inter alia, conducted an empirical study on “Regulation in the Private Equity Industry" (“Regulierungsschub in der Private Equity Branche”), which can be made available if requested.

Furthermore, we supervise seminar essays, teach in lecturing assignments at several universities, and in our offices we educate trainees and students and familiarise them with the day to day work of a business lawyer.
